Keep What is Yours to Carry
You donโt lose peace because life is loud.
You lose peace when you hand authority to what isnโt yours to carry.
Hold the line inside.
The Stoics believed freedom begins where inner rule is protected.
When your inner life is governed by fear, urgency, or resentment, peace cannot remain. Scripture echoes this truth by calling us to guard what shapes us from within.

Notice where your peace feels compromised today.
Ask yourself what you have allowed to rule you that was never meant toโฆand then let that go.

Lord, help me guard what You have entrusted to me. Teach me to rule my spirit with wisdom and restraint. Amen.
